Being a member of the Ultimate Tgirl website is like having a membership of two different sites in one. The site has a Brazilian tgirls section along with a Thailand ladyboy section which gives more variety for your viewing. Every day of the week there is an update to the site, either a photo or video set is added. The site has been around for over a year so it has built up a good number of photo and video sets during that time.

The member's area opens up with the most recent updates along with navigation to the various sections of the site. The Latin and Asian parts of the site are kept separate. These include the latest updates, the model selection and photo and video sections. The photo galleries sections open up with several pages of thumbnail images with the models name, set size and date. Each of these sets opens up with several pages of large thumbnail images. Being large you can see what is in the picture clearly from the thumbnail images however some of them aren't centered on the picture. They do have the option to download the whole set in a .Zip file which makes it very convenient to grab a whole set. The photos are high resolution and very sharp and clear. The photos are either solo shoots or hardcore sets.

The movie galleries are also shown in a few pages of thumbnail images along with the models name and date that the set was released. The video sets are shown in typically three to five clips for each scene. Each clip is five minutes in length with the last one usually a bit less. They are in Windows WMV format and for some sets there is also the option for QuickTime format. They have the option for downloading the videos in either High or Low quality. The videos are sharp and they contain solo tgirls and hardcore scenes.

The only other main section of the site is the Model Selection where you can browse the Brazilian or Thai models by name and bring up each models photo and video shoots. There are really no extras or bonus content on this site, however the quality of the photos and videos along with the frequent updates you really don't need anything extra. It also makes for uncluttered and easy navigation around the site.
