Ladyboy Dildo is actually two sites put into one, it also includes Ladyboy Wank. The site originally was just the dildo part and that section as a result has more episodes but then they added the wank section which doubled up the amount of updates on the site as a whole. Between the two sites there is an update every week with a new episode, so in my option it is more like one site broken up into the two categories, which is sometimes blurred because ladyboys often do both in the video scenes. There is also some scenes with hardcore sex so it doesn't fall into either category.

The members section opens up with the welcome message, links to the various sections of the site and the latest dildo and wank episodes. Currently there are 53 dildo episodes and 30 wank episodes in total. The episodes are shown on a page with a description of the model and shoot, with lots video options and a photo gallery. The episodes definitely are more oriented for videos than photos. For most sets there are three video quality options that you can pick from in Windows Media which all are shown in 720p video. There are also options to download the full video or just in parts. There is also the option to get the full video in QuickTime format. The videos average around 15 minutes in length each and contain ladyboys using dildo, stroking themselves and sometimes hardcore sex.

The photo gallery part of each episode is shown in a one page of large thumbnail images which leads to the full image. There is also an option to download the whole set in a .Zip file. The sets average around 50 photos in each, and are good quality and resolution, being 1200 or 1280 pixels on the long side of the image. Some sets appear to be just screen captures from the HD video rather than from a still camera.

Other sections of the site include an exclusive bonus content section which currently has a dozen videos and 23 photo shoots of ladyboys. There is an extras section that contains wallpaper for your computer desktop. There is a hotspots section that has details of 37 bars and clubs in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket Thailand.
