It has been many years since I have reviewed Tranny Surprise and the site has changed quite a lot over that time. Originally it featured American tgirls surprising guys after they picked up off the street by showing them their cocks. But then it switched over to Brazilian tgirls, which often are quite hot but typically do not speak English, so they weren't really doing the whole surprise thing. The site has average photo and video quality, only updates with a new episode once a week. But where it lacks there it does make up for it being a part of a large network of porn sites, which is great if you also like non tranny porn. The Reality Kings network currently has 29 sites as part of the membership along with a few bonus sites and other features like live webcam chat.

Inside the member’s area of Tranny Surprise you will find a lot of features and ways to navigate around the site, some will lead you to the bonus sites or offers to other websites. There are a few ways to navigate to their updates page with currently contain 384 episodes which contain matching photo and video sets. The pictures can be viewed on the site with several options or downloaded in a .Zip file. The sets typically contain 300 to 400 photos and are shot like two sets, a solo and hardcore. The first part of the shoot is the girl doing solo modeling then the second part is the girl getting picked up off the street and going back to have sex. The girls are generally doing the bottoming in the hardcore scenes. The photos are good quality with average resolution, being 900 pixels on the long side, which may seem somewhat small on today's HD monitors.

The videos on the site can be viewed right on the website or downloaded in parts or as a whole in various formats. Typically they have the video shown in three windows media .WMV files or one large .WMV file, or in IPod .MP4 formats. The site advertises the videos being in HD, but I think it falls a little bit short of that. The resolution of the downloaded videos are 720x480, but perhaps they were originally shot in HD. The video quality is good however except that I noticed that in some the aspect ratio was a little bit off making the picture a little squished. This can be corrected in some media players like VLC which you can change the aspect ratio when playing the file. The videos start off with the guy picking up the tranny off the street and bringing her back to a room where they have sex. In the latest videos the dialog isn't in English, but I think that is an improvement from a few years back where they had an annoying video guy saying annoying things. But still it isn't quite as good as when the site first opened.

What makes this site worth signing up for is the large network of porn sites you do get with one subscription, even though they aren't tranny sites. The other sites are from various niches of porn and they are shot with girls that do speak English. They have the same layout and are integrated with the search on the site, and having those couple of dozen sites updating once a week you get lots of new porn to watch. They also have live girls on video that you can chat with right on the site as part of membership so this is a really nice bonus, so long as you are ok with genetic girls. Overall this is a good network to join if you want more than just a tranny site.
